(I need a new answer that has not been included on here and new references.) You have been asked by your supervisor to develop a PowerPoint presentation for an upcoming training on the following topics: ethics, international factors, and cross-cultural considerations in project management.
Using 15-20 slides, create a PowerPoint presentation in which you discuss the following as it relates to successful project management:
A summary of each topic as it relates to project management
Challenges (common pitfalls) and opportunities for growth and/or improvement
Solutions for dealing with challenges common in project management
Include one scenario applicable to each concept in which your coworkers will have to determine an appropriate response to handling the issue presented in the scenario and faced by a project management team
Proper growth and management of the organisation required careful approach for different programs which should be intensively curated. If curation of this program is not done properly, it would affect the growth of the organisation in a negative way.
Profitability separation
This is one of the most important parts in managing the growth of the organisation. If the profitability is separated from the cash flow and management then it creates a void between these events and reduces the overall efficiency as well as productivity. This type of approach can lead to the cash burn and reduces the business health and its profitability.
Not keeping a record
Not keeping a record could be very disasters for organisations as it could lead to leave management and reduce the growth by limiting the performance. It is clear wastage of time which is proper identification of inefficiency and limits. All the transactions should be recorded and reviewed periodically improve the market situation of the organisation.
No Follow up
Not giving a follow up with the customers can also reduce the overall effectiveness after total growth in the organisation. This would definitely reduce and limit the growth opportunities for the organiser company could not be having any understanding of knowing the limits.
No training programs
If there is no proper training in the organisation, employees would not have an understanding of the working structure and would reduce the overall profitability as well as proficiency of the organisation as it would limit the capabilities of doing the same job. This type of approach would reduce overall productivity as well as efficiency of the organisation and stop the growth.
All in all we can see that all the training programs as well as other programs which were discussed above should be implemented into the organisation for improving the market situation and to provide positive impact on the workplace structure yes.
