The ideal facility plans are the plans that are needed to provide better facilities. It is being termed as ideal as no faculty can be proper upto the mark and there is always a room for Improvement. There are some criterias which are provided to determine the ideal facilities plan. We will discuss about the facilities regarding the construction of any structure as these facilities are related to our field and will be important to us. So below are the criterias mentioned for ideal building facilities:

Location planning - Every firm should have the location planning to create ideal facilities. There are variety of methods to determine the quality of location such as requirement of people, electricity and water facilities.

Cost-Volume-Profit - This analysis can be made graphically or Mathematically to get the profit of the residents as per the cost they are paying to get the facility in the building.

Office buildings - office buildings are the third largest on the basis of are covered by the buildings. The facility provided in them consists to spacing, elevators, proper conditions and many more.

Size - Size always matters in every department as more the size or space in any place more will the comfort provided to the residents residing in those places and it improves facility plans of the structure and more the size and space more ideal would be the facilities.

Speed to opening - some apartments or complexes are being sold at the time of construction work and it is preferred to open them for use as soon as possible and that would be appreciated and taken as better facility of the ones using them.

So above were some of the criterias that determine the ideal facility plans in the structure and there are always facilities provided in every field and department weather it be of civil engineering or may other.
