Compare differences between a Workplace Skills Plan and Skills Audit Plan
Here I am going to compare the differences between a workplace skills plan and skills audit plan.
WORKPLACE SKILLS PLAN :- a workplace skills plan also known as (WSP). This plan is really helpful for identifying and determining the skills that are required by the organisation to work properly and smoothly in the competitive environment of the market. This is very useful and important in the organisation to address training and development needs required by the organisation in the workplace. This is also very helpful in the the reduction of the skills gap between the organisation workplace.
There is a particular procedure that is need to be followed when we are establishing a workplace skills plan (WSP).
SKILLS AUDIT PLAN :- skills audit plan is that plan which consists of a skills audit process which is done to make sure the employees are skillful for the organisation and are you doing good results. Sales audit plan promotes a process which is done with the employees in the form of questionaries or one to one talk with each other to know about the skills, capabilities, strengths and the knowledge of the employees working in the organisation.
