. A team is the collective rather than Individual efforts, which have the common goals towards the organisation. the Team understand the Legal issues which affect the business operations and Decision making with the help of problem solving teams , self managed teams and cross functional teams.

The problem solving teams improve the work environment by find general agreement it makes recommendation to the administration about how to deal with legal issues. Similarly, cross functional team possess the expertise to coordinate all the activities of finance, marketing, H.R, Legal and Operations etc.
