One of the main objective for the supply chain management is to develop value for the customer via adding value to its service and products. As Supply chain management increase the usability of the product or service. Different aspect of product is also considered as value to the product.

  • Enhance customer service.

Another objective of supply chain is to increase or enhance customer service. As make sure that when customer want the product it is available for them and take care of timely delivery for product to fulfill customer order. After that customer satisfaction is also important.
