1) ecosystem provides us almost everything to sustain our day to day life, from the ancient times to now, human beings are completely dependent on ecosystem , in the earlier days,if it is the stone, or wheel , they make it from the nature to now, the graphite minerals and other which they get from mother nature, everything humans get from nature and in their own best interst. few of the services are as mentioned - carbon sequesteration,ie maintain the balance of carbon in environment, nutrient cycle is being maintained, climate regulation also, provision of food fiber and fuel. these are few of the segrvices .

b) human activities which are threat to the biodviersity are overconsumption and over exploitatio of the resources by human beings, also excess pollution level due to indusrtialisation , deforestation, global warming due to human activities, these are few of the exmaples

i) ozone depletion - due to chloroflorocarbon, this may lead to skin cancer as human are exposed to uv radiation

ii) global warming - collective increase in the gloabl temperature, may lead to the extinction of various species and also climate change

iii) deforestation - cutting down of forest for use, may lead to desertification, soil erosion, landslides, climate change and others.

c) as a soceity, e can collectively, come forward by taking strict measures against these explotation of resources, one can introduce the reduce, resue and recycle concept of utilising resources, and also make strict government rules, also globally world should come up against common agendas and cooperate, more environment activist like greta thurenberg should come forward and lead the world into right direction.
