What is an internship program-An An internship is a program presented by an organization that provides its employees/students with work experience in different fields. These programs can be of a duration of a few months or a year. The objective of these programs is to make the employees/students well versed with the working methods and specific areas of technology depending upon the areas of interest of the student/employee. Such internship programs not only help in the academic front but also enhance various behavioral aptitudes. This experience helps a student/employee grow personally and professionally.

DOE tech support internship program-This is a well-known internship program offered by the joint partnership of CUNY and The Department of Education.CUNY internship programs are often called STEM because it offers programs in the areas of Science(S), Technology(T), Engineering(E), and Mathematics(M).

Advantages in terms of personality development and academic growth-
DOE tech support program will not only intensify once personality but also will help him gain knowledge on the academic front because of the various roles offered in the program which are explained as follows-
