Marx labour theory of value explained the exploitation of labour by the capitalist. According to Marx, all the values are produced by labour. Through overtime, force from capitalist, providing subsistence level leads economy growth and also rise in wage rates. The concept of surplus value produced by labour; which distributed as profits, interest and rent. Through exploiting the labour, the overall growth rate increased and the labour productivity also increased. The capitalist exploit the labour and attain higher level of advantages from that. Capitalist exploitation is the central core of capitalist dynamics. Exploited workers cannot absorb the totality of commodities. The workers condition remains pathetic. They did not get any incentives or other assistance from the capitalist.
The working class movements increased. Several workers loss lives during this exploitation. Some working movements increase the wage rates and tried to improve the social conditions. Giving preference to workers; the profits were also distributed among them. Labour become the ultimate fator to measure the value.
