How is exploitation reflected in the historic struggles between capital and labor? What are some specific focal points of this struggle?
Marx labour theory of value explained the exploitation of labour
by the capitalist. According to Marx, all the values are produced
by labour. Through overtime, force from capitalist, providing
subsistence level leads economy growth and also rise in wage rates.
The concept of surplus value produced by labour; which distributed
as profits, interest and rent. Through exploiting the labour, the
overall growth rate increased and the labour productivity also
increased. The capitalist exploit the labour and attain higher
level of advantages from that. Capitalist exploitation is the
central core of capitalist dynamics. Exploited workers cannot
absorb the totality of commodities. The workers condition remains
pathetic. They did not get any incentives or other assistance from
the capitalist.
The working class movements increased. Several workers loss lives
during this exploitation. Some working movements increase the wage
rates and tried to improve the social conditions. Giving preference
to workers; the profits were also distributed among them. Labour
become the ultimate fator to measure the value.
