IPv4 address format:
IPv4 has format like x.x.x.x
IPv4 address is 32 bit in length. Where x is decimal values and they are sepated by (.)s.Decimal values range between 0-255.
IPv4 address consists of 4 octets ( x in the format shown above) each with 8 bits consisting Network ID and Host ID
It has variable header of minimum length 20 bytes and maximum 60 bytes
