As shown in the below diagram, this consists of the three routers, and the addressing is done on all of these is IPv4 no router would consist of the IPv6 addressing.

This is due to the reason that there is no such IP for the particular router, the work of the router is to provide the path for the upcoming network, and for the networks to be created the subnetting is also done and the different private networks are also been used. These things are performed in IPv4 as the IPv6 address means that every IP is unique and different there are networks but not public or private things and the IPv4 is simpler to configure as compared to the IPv4 address.

This is the reason behind using the IPv4 in the place of IPv6 addresses on the routers as routers need to provide the patch by configuring the routing table and for IPv6 it would take a lot of time.
