Answer 1) Well what I fell is in modern way of marketing customer is said to be the king of the market and customer satisfaction is the priority in today’ era so be it a retailer or the brand both give their 100% to satisfy the customers and its very important for brands to satisfy the customer with services in order to make their brand and portfolio successful. Now talking about customer loyalty, well this is a kind of dilemma where I have mixed opinions there are so many brands that have loyal customers like a person wearing denim of Levis will never go for any other brand because he/she they will not get that fitting in any other brand. So this is brand loyalty and I still think brand loyalty is way ahead of retail loyalty, retail loyalty is as such nothing according me but it’s a comfort to customers that all brands at one place, retail stores give good experience of shopping, easily delivery and all these things but retail loyalty only come from brand loyalty. 1st point of interaction is brand loyalty then they purchase again and again then it slowly slowly becomes retail loyalty. Retail loyalty becomes when customer is happy with the services, store design, employees, salesperson whereas brand loyalty is when customer like the quality and design of the brand. As the trend is moving towards online sales now so this retailer loyalty is moving towards e commerce website and there the real retail loyalty can be seen because of different offers, varieties, after sale services all these things are what customer look for and on these basis choose the retailer. In online cases the brand loyalty is constant and retail loyalty plays the part that is to purchase from which e commerce retailer is the hot topic.
