Real property

Real property means a property which is permanently located in a particular place or land. We can also say that the property which cannot move to another place. This real property includes buildings, machinery, land, estate etc... This real property sometimes called as real estate or immovable property because it placed at one place permanently.

According to law, having real property means having right to sell the property to another person. Based on different conditions, one person may transfer his property to another person like lease, rent, deed etc…

There are different types of estates which are closely related to Real Property, those are

Fee simple which means owner having right to sell his property to another person, he can make changes.

Life Estate means owner having right to use the property lifelong but he can’t sell the property to the other person or he can’t give to anyone. Generally these kind of owners are called as life tenants.

Future interest which means property belongs to a person in the future but at present some other person having full rights on property when he die, future interest owner will own the property.

Contingent interest means present owner of the property say some conditions, if those conditions are not agree with a person who wants to be a owner to that property, present owner can give enter property to someone else.

Financial crisis

In the business world we commonly heard about this concept which means financial institutions lose their value. It happens when investors withdraw their money from their accounts. Investors generally take their investment back when they are afraid.

The main reason for this situation is one company financial situation. If company is not able to get proper profits for long periods, if sales of the company slowdown, employees are not interested to work with that company and they change to another organization. These are different symptoms of failure or bad financial position.

In this kind of situation, investors are afraid about their money and withdraw it from a company. For suppose, let us talk about 2008 financial crisis, the main reason for this crisis was collapse of banking system. There are different causes for this financial crisis, those are explained below.

Banks are not able to recover the money

Generally banks provides lots of money in the form of loans to many big organizations, but those organizations are not paid to banks in the correct time some organizations are not return to the banks again, it will create financial crisis, now a days people are afraid about their money and they don’t want to deposit their money in the banks. It will reflect on total economy.

Personal property

Personal property means all properties except land and it can move from one place to another place. Examples are bike, car, gold, diamond, TV, refrigerator (all appliances)

We can also say that personal property means all tangible items which are not attached to land

and we can move them. It means assets other than land and building.
