Question 3: What are stimulus for inflammation process? How can our body interact when inflammation occurs?
Inflammation is a response for triggered by damage of the living tissues. It is a defence mechanism of the body for the higherlevel organisms to protect themselves from the infection and injury. The responses like blood flow and the increase of permiability of blood vessels, proteins, and WBC .If an inflammation for the short time it is called acute inflammation and for the longer it is called chronic inflammation. The response of stimuli in the inflammatory response in which the tissue injury triggers by the release of chemical mediators which involves as a inhibitors.Neutrophills and blood monocytes of the peripheral region is involves in the accumilation at the inflammatory site during the acte phase of inflammation.Monocytes later on eventually changes to phagocytic phenotype which helps to neutralize the injurious element.and then eventually the cells that have cleared the site by debris, dead cells, and then the organ will function normally. The chemicals like bradykinin and the histamine which helps in the processing of all this fiunctions.
Inflammation plays a vital role in the healing, but the chronic inflammation leads to the increase in risk of various diseases, which include the cancers and atherosclerosis. In acute inflammation chemicals known as cytokine4s are relesed by the damaged tissue it act as a emergency signals that stimulate everything in body to make the inflammation cure.another harmones like prostaglandins which involve in blood clot to heal the damage tissue by the fiburous tissue.and it triggers the pain.
