Expert Solution

Q1) There should be grouping of inventory based on the type of products or categories and the frequency in which the supplies need to be replenished based on the sale of the same. High frequency supplies need to be placed in an areas which is easy to access while low frequency supplies can be placed in other far off places in the store.Receving of supplies need to be documented against the supplies based on which store space is optimized.

Q2) The inventory quantity required on the sales floor depends on the daily purchases and the supplies that are purchased frequently. Less frequent items can be stored in the warehouse for replenishment. The items/supplies can be grouped into categories based on the frequency and value of their sales.

Q3) Frequency of sale of the items should be the criteria for stocking the products in the selling area vs non-selling area.

Q4) The inventory functions that can be done during non-store hours include -

1. Inventory movements from warehouse area to non-selling area and from non-selling area to selling areas.

2. Physical inventory counting or cycle counting as required.

3. Managing damaged items

4. Receving the goods from the suppliers.

How do I pull data from three columns which contains about 1500 rows with just numbers and make a scatter plot with two in the x-axis and the third in the y-axis?
