Time management is a process in which an individual or organization may best utilize its time in creativity or positive task for the growth and advancement. I will explain the benefits of time management for the up gradation of my career. Now, importance of time management can be explained under the following points:

1) It makes me ahead from others:

A time management approach will be useful in keeping me more advance as I will complete my tasks and duties before others will do.

2) A better time management will provide me enough time to study:

I will learn as per the schedule I will prepare. It will help me to achieve my study goals.

3) It will prevent me to do unproductive tasks:

I will do only those task which seems to have some productive outcomes for me as well as for my family and organization as well.

4) I will schedule a definite time to meditation:

Now a day, stressful life is common happening. To cope up with it, i will do one hour meditation and Yoga which helps me to discover hidden energy within myself.

5) I will prove my worth to the society and family:

A well managed people who keep him running with a watch will make him more worthy as he might utilizes his single minutes in productive and fruitful tasks. I will motivate other people for their growth and advancement. I could give time to my family with a better time management. It will boost my confidence as family will encourage me to do some great task.
