Given the kind of trade barrier Huawei is facing, company needs more global integration because of below mentioned reasons:

Allegations which are imposed on Huawei are espionage allegations, data privacy bridge and these allegations are mostly been there because its a Chinese company which is being control by Communist party of China.
As more global integrations will happen with other international players, it will develop more confidence among the givernment and consumers that Huawei is safe to use.
It will give governments more confidence that its not been colluded and privacy and espionage will be defended by global partners which can suggest the company to allow investigation of everything from independent party.
Various privacy complaince which are there in US, Europe and other countries like GDPR will also be followed if global integration of companies happens and companies shows they don't have anything to hide.
