Toe Touch Weight Bearing (TTWB) is a weight bearing grade which refers to the ability totouch the foot or mainly toes without supporting the weight from the affected limb . And the pressure that should be light to avoid any damage to underfoot .

PTA that stands for  Physical therapist assistants can check the patient's weight bearing during gait training in different ways as measured by observation, scales, placing a hand under the foot of an affected limb.

The scales are observed by PTA , as if the accuracy of the scales can be difficult to replication , it shows particularly at the lighter weights .

Biofeedback , its the way to mesure or check the weight bearing during the gat traning .

In many cases , the therapist focus to the diagnostic testing like x-rays or MRI and CT scans and determine to determine how efficiently the injured tissue is undergoing healing process and their weight bearing status during the gait traning.
