Creative Problem Solving (CPS) asks you to separate your "divergent" and "convergent" wondering as a manner to do that. Divergent questioning is the process of generating lots of ability solutions and opportunities, otherwise called brainstorming. And convergent thinking includes evaluating the ones alternatives and choosing the most promising one. Regularly, we use a mixture of the two to expand new ideas or answers. 2. Ideate
Exploring ideas and generate thoughts that answer the assignment questions you diagnosed in step 1. it can be tempting to remember answers which you've tried before, as our minds tend to return to ordinary thinking styles that stop us from generating new ideas.
3. Develop
The development stage is the convergent level of CPS, where you begin to consciousness on evaluating all your feasible alternatives and come up with answers. Analyze whether capacity solutions meet your needs and standards, and determine whether you could put in force them effectively.
4. Implement
Once you've got selected the first-class solution, it is time to expand a plan of action. Begin by identifying sources and moves with a view to will let you put in force your preferred answer. Subsequent, communicate your plan and make certain that everyone involved is familiar with and accepts it.
Identifying a problem which may arise in business is very important and same can be solved using different techniques.
