Strength
Amazon is the world's leading online retailer hence it has a
competitive advantage over the structure of the organisation across
different places across the globe.
While developing a strategy which is online focused and use social

For creating an effective brand promotion, shipping which is free
should be used as a tool to promote Amazon in terms of providing

As the world is moving towards more concerned online shopping, effectiveness of the different promotional strategies regarding an online retailer is getting very tough.
