Panic disorders happens when their is unexpected panic attacks. people with tis disorder live in a fear of having panis attack, the physical symptoms for the panic attacke are racing heart, breathing difficulties and sweating. Seeking best treatment is the most important part of reducing symptoms and improving the quality of life. the treatment options are two ways
1 Psychotherapy
2. medications
Psychotherapy is considered as effective first chioce treatment for panic attacks. Aform of therapy called cognitive behavirol therapy is suggested most, because the therapy can help to learn, that panic is not dangerous. This therapy takes weeks, to cure tha panic attacks.
Medication can help reduce the symptoms associated with panic attacks. Medications have arisk of side effects and some may not be recommended in certain situations.
1.Dr. Franklin had many success in the treatment of the panic attack patients, generally treatment varies from one doctor to another doctor, especially panic disorders are cured mostly by psychotherapy as explained above. Dr. Franklin might have good cognitive behavioural therapy than the other doctors.
2. Dr. frankline has used lot of relaxation techniques, rather tan the medications. Generally medication may have side effects but Dr. Frankline have referres relaxation exercises which might not have side effects.
