Three requirements for a transaction to be covered under the Sale of Goods Act in British Columbia :

  1. The contract of the sales may be in writing, with or without seal, or with the help of word of amount or som portion in writing and some portion in the word of mouth or may be implied as per the conduct of the contract parties
  2. The goods under consideration in the contract must be either existing products or owned or possessed by the seller.
  3. The ownership and possesion of goods must be transferred. It is applicable in conditional sale.

QUESTION 2 :

There must be a certain time and value of the product that should be included in the transaction to make the contract a valid one.

QUESTION 3 :

Yes, as per the provision of warranty and implied warranty, it is important that the goods must have an adequate lifetime before being perished provided that the goods under consideration are not perishable in nature or too delicate.
