The companies are also saving the personal information of the customers and any leakage can lead to a threat to the privacy of the people. The financial institutions save the bank account details and the cybercrime can hack the information and steal millions of dollars from thee companies. Because of cybercrime the personal information and the data security is no longer a reality. The hackers are capable of gathering information from very secured data sources. This has become a headache for all the developed countries where the people are using digital methods to store their information. The developing and the developed countries face the threat of cybercrime on a regular basis. The governments have started awareness programs to educate people on how they need to safeguard their data. Because of cybercrime, the secured world is seeing cracks that can leak information worth billions of dollars. This makes cybersecurity one of the major problems of thee modern world.

Interpol is one of the major organizations that are against the illegal activities on the internet. The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation is making sure that the 21 countries in the region fight together against the cybersecurity. The European Union has created an EU forum on cybercrime to fight against it and they have put restrictions on the processing and the movement of the personal data. The organization of American States has formed a committee of 35 states to join their hands together to fight against cybercrime. Their main intention is to create a sound legal framework that helps in combating cybercrime and protecting the Internet. There are also other organizations like Group of Eight and The Commonwealth of nations. They are successful in creating domestic laws that safeguard the data and also ensure the free flow of information. The European Union is fighting against the cybercrime and they have developed a toolkit that involves the adoption and update of appropriate legislation. The National Cyber Crime Unit of UK has partnered with the specialists in the cybersecurity and it coordinates with them to avoid the most serious of cybercrime threats.
