When Arjuna, stood between the Pandavas and Kauravas, he asked Krishna the reason to fight with their family members, teachers, and friends. Arjuna thought that he has to fight against their relatives, friends, and teachers for the land and kingdom so that he decided not to fight.

The Krishna described to Arjuna, the truth of life and soul, he told him that our soul is immortal. Krishna told him that the job of a warrior is to fight against the enemy without thinking who they are.

The second reason given by Krishna to Arjuna was, the fight is dignity and he has to fight because he stood in war land. Not to fight at this condition would destroy the dignity which had earned by him.
