1. Money is of immense importance in today's world. It provides liquidity , safety , security, freedom. Money is a scarce resource for most of the people. But demands and wants are unlimited. To meet unforeseen emergencies, hospital expenses, day to day expenses of household and to have a comfortable and happy life money is indispensable.

The most important reason for me to save money is to have a comfortable and a happy old age. Retirement scares me a lot . So, my primary reason for saving money is to have a comfortable and happy old-age.

2. In old-age I will not have enough energy and strength to work. It is possible I may have certain health problems. My children may not take care of my health. Financially I may not have enough money and it is quiet possible I may be debt ridden. Future is unexpected and anything can happen in future. So, to avoid all such unnecessary and undesirable situations it will be beneficial if I save money for future.
