• Andrew Jackson is arguably the most hated American President in history. He should have been impeached for violating the Separation of Powers on the following two accounts, but The House of Representatives never introduced a Bill of Impeachment.
• Jackson violated segregation of powers on several counts. In 1830, his administration informed the Cherokee that they would not uphold the federal treaty with them. Despite the Supreme Court ruling to not invade the Cherokee land, Jackson ordered the army to expel the natives from their territory. This act was a clear contempt of the court. The tragic 'Trail of Tears' is his dubious legacy.
  
• He was again in breach while attempting to destroy the Second Bank of the United States. In 1833, he stopped depositing federal funds in the Bank of the United States and began placing them in various state banks.
• His policies during the Reconstruction Era almost undid Lincoln's effort of abolishing slavery. The reconstruction policies allowed the Confederate States to maintain "Black Codes" that served as a proxy for slavery. He couldn't have been more alienated from the Congress due to his lack of bipartisanship and disregard for civil rights.
• Best president could be Teddy Roosevelt: He was a solider, a sportsman, and a politician. He was one of the most progressive presidents we ever had. He helped bring positive change in labor being good pay for hard working individuals. He also negotiated his a big stick, and help bring peace between Russia and Japan.
