Any error occurring on a bill which arises due to sellers mistake may be called as the billing error.

Once a billing error has been identified, repaid to the customers, and only if rectifying measures were taken accordingly, the organization can be said to have dealt with the incidence of non-compliance conclusively. Sometimes billing errors me occur due to the installation of new billing softwares. Hence timely measures in order to minimize the incidence of error must be taken by the organization.

The process of educating employees on laws, regulations and company policies that apply with their daily job responsibilities maybe called as compliance training programs.

Generally an organization enters into compliance training for minimizing and detecting violations by employees which can cause legal liability for the organization. Compliance training program can also provide for respectful and hospitable working atmosphere.

Hence, Compliance training should be provided only by organization employees or outside consultants who have legal training and have worked with the organization for many years.
