Ethical theories provide a theoretical framework that guides a persons conduct when faced with an ethical dilemma.Although there are in total three approaches to applying ethical theory which include-Utilitarian,Deontological and Virtue based ethics,this case is of an organization and the most suited approach would be the use of Deontological Ethics as that is guided by ones own sense of duty and responsibility and the rest have a sense of greater good and virtue influence in them.

Notifying the risks-It is important to start any agreement with clearly reading out the risks associated with carrying of such a job.
