Real life instance of whistle blowing

Let us consider the following real life incidence of whistle blowing.Employee Ms.X is a young women who is more dedicated,punctual and hardworking.Her supervisor Mr.Y is a middle aged Man who has grown to the senior position in a very short span through hard and smart work.He has very good influence in the top management.Taking this advantage,,Mr.Y started disturbing Ms.X with the intention of meeting his personal desire.She tolerated to certain limit then complained to the management.But no action has been taken against Mr.Y.Finally she decided to whistle blow in the public.As a response to her whistle blowing,the management terminated Mr.X immediatel and serious measures are taken to ensure women safety within the organization.Here the foolowing lessons are learnt

1)By whistle blowing the person not only stops the unethical issues in the organization,but also saves lot of other employees from encountering unethical situations.

2)The whistle blower is accepted as the leader by the public and other employees.
