1) Increasing competition

In this developing world alot of changes are happening every day. Everyone is using smartphone to do all their tasks.

Now we can shop groceries online through our smartphone at lesser price, it saves time and money both. Retail grocery store are losing their market due to increasing competition in the market.

2) Extra work with limited resources.

It is the most common mistake which is followed by most of the retail grocery store. They always want more with less resources.

3) Identifying the customer demand.

In this competitive world, it is most crucial for the grocery store manager to understand the need of their customers.

As there are many stores in market which are similar but yet they are different. For example store A only have few variety of product and store B have many variety of product, so as a customer they will prefer store B as it provides more choices.
