Great Pacific Garbage Patch- It is a collection of marine debris,litter plastic etc. in North Pacific Ocean spread from west coast of America to east coast of japan comprising of west garbage patch located near japan and east patch near Hawaii and California .
Role of Ocean Current- Entire Great Pacific garbage patch is bounded by Noth Pacific subtropical Gyre which is created by ocean current . This Gyre is created by four current - California current , North equatorial current ,Kuroshio current and North Pacific current .
