A drug called Cannabidiol or CBD is used medically at higher doses for seizure disorders, etc. It just recently started being sold here in Alabama in oil or pill form in stores like cloud 9. My question is where can a person purchase the CBD drug? Is it legal in Alabama? How is the drug used? And what are effects or side effects of the drug? ETC.
