Business Strategies:

Each and every business have their own strategies developed by the architects to taste the success. For example, one can showcase their business strategy by producing a variety of unique products. By this customers will be attracted to your products and gives much more profits to you. Another example is , focus on cost. Maintain reasonable prices so that all people can afford them. Think about poor. This is also one of the strategy to increase profits. Therefore the architects must have these type of business strategy skills which helps your organization to excel.

Financial Management:

Financial management is nothing but managing money in the form of credits , investments etc. One should have the knowledge how to manage this. It is the most important for an organisation to survive. Consider an example, you are planning to buy some land for your office space. So you must have the knowledge how much you should invest in this. Another example, you should not simply investment on any thing. Frist check which one will give you more return on investment. Then start investing in them. This kind of financial management by the architects will protect your organization from tasting losses and debts.

Organisational dynamics:

This is nothing but strengthening the organisation by learning , better business practices and strategies. To perform this , architects should have initiative skills , leadership skills, and very good communication skills. For example, think that you are having a plan to develop a new business practice in your organization. So now your duty is to make the organisation and the employees ready by explaining them or making them to learn , communicating with them.so that you will get a success for what you developed. Innovative skills are also necessary in this category for innovative business practices.

Business process design:

It is an act of creating a new process. This business process is the building block of any kind of business. Generally also , to create / develop something there will be process right? Same here in business also. There are some steps also.

1. Plan your goals

2. Map the process

3. Assign people and set actions

4. Test your process

5. Implement the process

6. Monitor results

One should follow all these to develop a business process. Architects can demonstrate their skills in building a software - one should gather all the requirements , build it , test it , implement it etc.. so the architects should have this kind of process skills to overcome the failures in future.

Information Technology:

This is nothing but using the technology in your business. Architects should be aware of the latest technologies to survive in this competitive market. For example, having the knowledge of identifying where to use which type of technology. For example, architects can showcase their skills by using clouds storages in their organisation which are very efficient and cost effective.
