ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES: First let us discuss about what is administrative agency. It is a kind of introducing a rules and acts iinto a particular private of public body(government) so it can be some times own rules this can help in functioning and supervising of the policies framed by the government.

2. ADJUDICATION

let us discuss abaout the above stated agencies in brief as follows.

RULEMAKING: This is the process of creating regulations based on the policies/acts made by the government mainly this rulemaking is used in administrative agencies to create a clearly formed regulations to implement. The main intension of this rule making is to make a proper regulation when ever required by the agencies. This rule making is practically necessary in adminstrative agencies. Agencies create a detailed regulations through rule making process.

ADJUDICATION: This is a formal decison which will be given by the administrative authority to clear the problem or dispute and it is formally give the solutions to the parties who come up with the dispute. Also it is not a too long procedure the administrative agaency may give notice and few are the listed process involved in this adjudication process like.

1. Both the side i.e., the two parties should provide the detailed explanation of the problem or dispute cleary.

2. Detailes of the participants (dispute holders)

3. Reason for the dispute araise ect.

All these are few basic things done before solving the dispute by the agency the adjudication procss may include like the notice which will be sent to both the parties and also ensure they produce the required documents what ever necessary by the government.

INVESTIGATION: The word instelf states us about the enquiry done on a particular dispute unofficially. when there is dispute the admistrative agency has rights to investigate about the problem from the both the parties unknownly in this processs when they could find the evidency they need ti provide the witness and proff of each investigation done with this the further actions are taken place and final hearigs are given by the government.
