7 mm çaplı 26 mm uzunluğundaki çelik tel, ön gerilmeli beton üretiminde kullanılmaktadır. P çekme kuvveti uygulandığında, telin 65 mm uzadığı görülmektedir. E=200 GPa olduğuna göre, a) P kuvvetinin büyüklüğünü b) telde oluşan gerilmeyi hesaplayınız. (7X2=14p)

Expert Solution

Steel wire of 7 mm diameter and 26 mm length is used in the production of pre-stressed concrete. When the pulling force P is applied, the wire appears to be extended by 65 mm. Since E = 200 GPa, a) calculate the magnitude of the force P, b) the stress on the wire.

Given:

  • Diameter, D = 7 mm
  • Length, L = 26 mm
  • Change in length = 65 mm
  • Modulus of elasticity, E = 200 GPa or 200,000 MPa

Area of wire, A = ( pi * D^2 ) / 4 = 3.14 * 49 / 4 = 38.465 mm^2

Strain = change in length / original length = 65 / 26 = 2.5

Stress = E * Strain = 200000 * 2.5 = 500000 MPa

Force = Stress / Area = 500000 / 38.465 =12998.8 N or 12.99 kN

Verilen:
Çap, D = 7 mm
Uzunluk, L = 26 mm
Uzunluk değişimi = 65 mm
Esneklik modülü, E = 200 GPa veya 200.000 MPa

Tel alanı, A = (pi * D ^ 2) / 4 = 3.14 * 49/4 = 38.465 mm ^ 2

Zorlanma = uzunluk / orijinal uzunluk değişimi = 65/26 = 2,5

Gerilme = E * Zorlanma = 200000 * 2.5 = 500000 MPa

Kuvvet = Gerilme / Alan = 500000 / 38.465 = 12998.8 N veya 12.99 kN
