exercising or having lunch with friends - either of which would
reduce the physical impact of stress and lower
anxiety.

Three factors that may influence one's well being are anxiety, irrational thoughts and depression.
When an individual goes through stress in any form, his or her body responds through anxiety. It is a feeling of apprehension about what is about to come. Anxiety can be caused because of various factors, raising from a simple job interview and/ or because an animal is changing an individual. However the anxiety that affects one's health is the one that human beings feel on a daily basis because of their work life or personal life.
Irrational thoughts or overthinking mainly lead a person to procrastinate which can further lead to anxiety. People in the modern world often complain that they are not able to work efficiently and are also aware that they have a problem with procrastination. Irrational thoughts on the other hand can also lead to irrational beliefs, which can lead a person to get involved in things which may not be good for his well being.
Although depression is a clinical diagnosis of a person's psychological state, feeling depressed or low is something which every individual deals with every now and then. depression can lead to hypertension which can cause serious issues in a person's wellbeing.
