The use of opioid medications and drugs have had a long and storied past in the United States. These drugs are all linked together by the common threat of the opioid poppy. For this assignment, you will put together a creation timeline of the each of the associated opioid drugs commonly used in the United States. Heroine: it is discovered in the year 1874. It is scheduled under class I. it is banned and it is illegal to use anywhere. It has been administered by patient himself for relieving of sedation, restlessness, and bone and muscle pain. Increased lacrimation, sweating, restlessness, tachycardia, high blood pressure are the withdrawal symptoms of the heroin after withdrawal of medication
Oxycodone: it is discovered in the year 1816. It is scheduled under class II. It is available and administered in the form Tablets 5mg, concentrated oral solution are 20mg/ml and Suppositories. it is available in the combination of Oxycodone/paracetamol Tablets are 5mg oxycodone with 325mg acetaminophen and in the Capsules form 5mg oxycodone with 500mg acetaminophen and in the Oral solution are 5mg oxycodone with 325 mg acetaminophen/5ml and in the Oxycodone/aspirin combination are tablets 2.44mg oxycodone with325mg of aspirin and 4.88 mg oxycodone with 325mg aspirin.
