Upgradation of technology can't be possible upto some extent.

High cost of investment in adoption of recent technology.

Highly skilled workforce to run recent technology.

Not possible for small organisations because small organisations can not afford the cost of new technology.

Trained employees are required for operating such kind of technology.

New technology will be opposed by the staff of the organisation because they think it can be a reason for future loss losses.

While implementing new technology in the organisation they need to clear lots of legal formalities .

Organisations needs to create a market for the new technology because customers are not aware of new technology.

Implementing new technology is always a risky factor for the organisation.

It's human nature to resist the change because they feel they are more comfortable with the existing technology .

It will take long time to recover the cost which is incurred by the organisation on the new technology .

High installation cost are also required for implementing new technology in the irganorganis.

Suggestions to overcome the challenging issues

Technology can give a business organisation competitive edge over its competitors because a business organisation can produce a better quality products at relative lower then it's competitors.

New technology takes high cost while implementing it in an organisation but once the technology got succed it will recover all the cost of the technology so we can say new technology is benifibene in long run.

New technology needs highly skilled employees but it will also impove the performance and expreties of the employees they will feel motivated.

New technology will also reduce the cost of production.

With the help of new technology organisation can provide better quality products and derviser to their customers that will inhance the good will and trust of the customer in company.

We should try to understand our employees that new technology will not be behind job losses because with the help of technology production will be increased the profitability of the organisation and ultimately that will create new jobs.

New technology will also helpful in controlling the environmental pollution.

We should also understand that if we want sustain in the market then we must adopt new technology in the organisation .it is very necessary for the organisation to cope up with the technological change..
