Price : How can the pricing model be changed? Based on normal pricing model, subscription based monthly, and the payment based on number of users of service.
Place : What new distribution options can be added in the existing structure? Online, Mobile, Network of Partners
Promotion : How can more number of promotionalchannels can be added? Webinars,Promotion through social media like facebook, Linkedln
People : Identifying the skill gaps in the staff. Making them well equipped to work on online channels and providing them regular training to upgrade their skills.
Process : How can the process become more efficient and quick? More number of people would be involved in serving the customers.
Physical Evidence: How can the reassurance be given to the customers and the branding be done? Usage of impressive ambience, well trained staff and high technology website.
