1. General contractors have huge no. Of projects and each project is associated with different tasks and if they complete of their own then it will be cumbersome and more time consuming so they hire subcontractors specialised in certain kinds of work and the project run parallely with all works and it gets completed within time and at a lower cost also.
2. The works which consumes more time and money and which involves risks if performed by general contractors as they have crew team who perform all works not specialised in a particular work commonly. So these types of work are subcontracted.
3. Legal domains are rigid and they can not change from person to person and they are guided by the law whereas ethical and moral domains are flexible they change from person to person. One ethical domain may be right for someone and it may be wrong for others at the same time.
4. Professions have ethical requirement along with legal as determines behavarial skills of professionals and it brings benevolence, trustworthiness,lawfulness etc. In the professionals which make them more conscious towards work and make public relations better.
