Homeostasis is the process in which help to maintain a stable  internal body environment for the normal functioning .It helps to maintain the body temperature,blood pressure in an optimum level with in the body .When a change happen in any of these variables,our body will react to cope up with the change inorder to maintain a stable conditon due to its ability of homeostasis.Normaly homeostasis is depend on the ability of our body to react the opposite changes.

Maintenance of homeostasis consist of negative feedback loops, which helps to react the stimulus that causes changes. When the body temperature rises beyond the normal level ( 370 C), it will be detected by sensors in the nerve cells at hair tips and message is passed to the control center  at the brain.The control center activate the effectors inorder to reduce temperature with the help of sweat glands.If the oxygen concentration in the blood falls due to an increase in CO2  concentration , it causes faster breathing in order get high oxygen with in the body and also removal of CO2. When the blood glucose level changes, a endocrine gland named pancreas help to maintain it by secreting two enzymes insulin ang glucagon.When glucose level drops glucagon is secreted to raise and insulin is secreted when blood glucose level is high.
