Neil's health has been good, but recently he has had trouble with his teeth. His diet has been poor, and in the past 3 months, his physical and mental vigor has deteriorated. He has been slowly lapsing into depression, so he keeps the shades drawn and rarely leaves his house. Neil keeps very little food in the house because his wife did most of the cooking and shopping, and he just isn't interested in food. Since he's not interested in cooking it's good to arrange a food delivery service that serves him a nutritional diet
Talk to him regarding his concerns
Explain about the need of being physically fit
Help him to get some pre cooked meals he can refrigerate and microwave
If he don't have basic skills of cooking it would be helpful to arrange a cooking class at a community centre or nearby his home
Inform his friends to check with him often to ensure he's taking meals on time .
