NGO or non Govermental organization working is more prominent and it's more semnted with grassroots problem . Today , Goverment sectors have authority to change the society but it's funtioning so difficult. It's have long term process . There is posdiblitity of political intervention and lack of judicial use of resource specially in democratic country . But NGO continuously growing and significantly contributing in explore diffrent soloution in development sector . Today society emerged with multifarious problem . NGO constantly fighting with all problems and enlighted common people . Major issues like lack of sustaniblity in livelihood , poor Quality Education , health , Nutrition , lacks of food . Besides NGO substantially work for human Rights , women rights and children rights. Today lots of philanthropy initiative have taken to solve developmental problem. Like gates foundation , azim premji foundation. They all are intensely work with grassroots problem and impact of people common people . Many people are so much creative and good sense of intellectually . NGO provide platfrom for themselves to nurture their critical thinking and make soloution of diffrent problem . NGO gives social security and minimized gap between people and Goverment. NGO is more self- less devotion to change people life by their ideas . In NGO , like piramal foundation which introduce happiness curriculum . It was implement by Delhi Goverment which drastically improve enrollment ratio and student learning out come . In NGO , people gets enough freedom to explore their new ideas and openly discussion with diffrent problem . But Goverment system , only happen , implementation of policy. In NGO , There is follow up process which significantly helps to improve continuously . In covid 19, diffrent NGO reach to common people and helps them as much possible for their survive . Today , development sector is one of the most growing field which significantly helps to bring change in system. It is true , it becomes slow due to lack of funds but with CSR ACT , many industry and company greatly helps to fight against all developmental issues and strive for new path in people life .
