Truth-telling sometimes meaning to convey bad news also to the patient like serious illness many doctors encounter difficulties during truth-telling in this situation that leads them psychological stress.it is important for the doctors to disclose the medical condition even it is a serious medical condition that decreases patient distrust and ensures patient autonomy to make the medical decision. It resolves the ethical dilemmas when disclosing the medical condition and truth-telling to the patient.
