Expert Solution

Here I am giving some marketing plan for a higher education institute to increase their student.

The plans are -

1> Give proper training to existing students - The manager has to give instructions to all teachers/professors to take care of existing students. They have to give the best quality teaching service, tell parents what they will give, understand the market and train students accordingly etc.

These students and parents will tell others about good things of an institute.

2> Organize events - Every institute has to organize events regarding different topics. They have to bring motivational speakers to give energy to students. An event makes a communication channel for parents. Parents will discuss and can give feedback. This feedback will help the institute to work for better improvement.

If an institute can improve then parents will tell good things about them to new people.

3> Make a good trip once in a year - An institute managers have to try to make a holiday trip to any place. they have to pick some good photos of their students at that place. Then it has to show in gallery page of institute site.

The new students will see these pictures and get interested.

4> Has to concern about teachers/professors feedbacks - An institute managers have to think about the professors. As they can give good/bad feedbacks to new students/parents. So if they will get good facilities then they will give good feedbacks.

It will be a great help for marketing.

5> Make a social media engagement - Nowadays many students are using different social media portals for communication. So all institutes will have to post images, blogs in their social media pages and promote it. As a result, new students will see it and get interested.

These all strategies will help any higher education institute to increase their student number by 20% for sure.
