1. As the freshers, most of the students focus on the element of salary or pay from the first job before they enter into a job. Most of the students felt that the job which offer them high pay is the good and vice versa. They move in the same direction to the first job. Once they got a job and gets some experience in the work place, next their priorities been increased or changed. In the first stage students looks for high pay in the first and rest of the things do not concern much. But once they got some experience they list out the required factors in the following way:

  • Job security
  • friendly work environment
  • good pay
  • work/job satisfaction
  • career growth
  • recognition from the team as well as organization
  • additional benefits and perks from the employer and so on

Yes, with their little knowledge about the subject, work and their burning desire leads them towards work and gets a job in any suitable organizations. very few students may fail to capture an opportunity in their dreamed places but most of them will get right opportunities.

2. the other name for gig economy is work force economy- where people wants to be as free lancer service providers rather than full time employees to any organization. they do not prefers to work in the same place, to the same employer for a long period. they just work like temporary or part time employees and once the work is done or if they want to change their positions, they simply exit from the work and go for some other work. Here no such concpet of job security, full time work, employee-employer relations and so on.

the reason for this is- most of the new generation people prefering to be self employed than becoming an employee to some one else. as they already having some professional qualifications, and experiences, they starting their own ventures and some times they offering works to others. the trend of these workers is increasing, and the millinial generation is preferring to be self employed.
