1.The independent variable is what you change, and the dependent variable is what changes because of that, therefore, in this case, Independent variable is Online classes to students of Oman College and Dependent Variable is their academic performance due to online classes.

2. Moderate variable is a variable, which is idea to temper or modulate the magnitude of the effect of an independent variable on a dependent one. In this case, the impact on acedemic performance of all age group would not be same regarding online classes, Students within age of 2 to 8 years will find it difficult to cope up and learn new things in online class.

3.Population can be explain as a comprehensive group of students, institutions, objects and so forth which have a common characteristics that are the interest of a examiner whereas sample should clearly represent the characteristics of intended group, students or group of students who are comfortable in online classes among a lot of students.
