Zappos uses both push and pull supply chain strategy to satisfy their customers with effective and on time delivery. In Pull strategy actual customer demand drives the process of supply chai whereas in push strategy long term projections and forecasts of the company result in making the goods available to the customer. Management projects the future demand of the customers and try to work on it and before they ask for the product, it is being offered in the market. Successful companies like Zappos deliver goods according to their customer demands and sometimes even before the customer demands which makes it a superb and customer focused company.

It is highly responsive and efficient in its tasks and performance. It offers excellent experience to its customers through high website speed, 2487 telephone support, free retunes and shipping, etc. All these benefits shows effective and responsive behaviour of the company.
