Expert Solution

Equal employment opportunity is a western concept that is not appropriate for some culture as socio economic political dynamic changes greatly around the world. Western worlds are more developed and therefore they have these needs for protecting the discrimination while these laws for protection cannot be implemented in some countries because of their need to solve major problem in first place like generating employment opportunities first. It is not of any concern in many countries where already employment opportunities are enough and people stay happy.

While it can be said as well that equal employment opportunities are must irrespective of employment opportunity and other socio economic factors as no society or part of world must support any discrimination. Discrimination of any kind especially in employment cannot be justifies just because local government and society has other things o deal first. Also what is wrong and unjust shall always be condemned and that all shall get opportunity in job and shall not be discriminated.
