answer-

According to me, a process in classical method for job supporting personnel means to improve the performance of the personnel or enhance thier skills,knowledge & experience at job.

following process can be used for job support personnel-

on the job trainning process-

in this process a currently working personnel are given trainning to improve thier skills & knowledge. it can be done by following methods in this process which support personell at job-

• rotate the job of employee to other department
• provide coaching or instructor to teach extra skills to the employees
• do apprenticeship under experts.

off the job trainning process- it has become the new process to support the potential employee in current or future job. it is the process to provide trainning or teaching away from the job.following methods can be used -

• personnels can read case studies to improve thier skills & knowledge.
• they can also role play to act under a situation & try to make decision based on the situation.

henec, process is very important to do activity in sequence & also for job supporting pesonnel.
