In every hotel, customer satisfaction is highly important and the department of room division mainly works on that. Room division is very essential as it deals with all the services that every guests or customers recieves from the hotel since he checks in and till he checks out. The room division takes into account areas like front desk, housekeeping and other guest services so that the customer remains satisfied and the hotel's image gets improved which further increases the hotels income and performance.

Room division is basically organised through multiple employees who deals with various departments from front desks to Subtle guest services. All these employees have been given their unique roles to play and there are supervisors monitoring their tasks. All of these employees along with the supervisors ensures that the customer satisfaction is maintained and thus, room division is hadled in an organized manner.
